      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain SAP Activity Scripts, Functional Specifications, and Business Process Procedures
      - Provide SAP help desk support and assist with month-end closing activities
      - Align RMS, MFC & International business processes with SAP system functionality
      - Support system implementation activities and master data maintenance
      - Act as a functional tester for related system changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong analytical skills related to financial systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
      - Ability to communicate effectively across various functions and levels in the organization
      - Experience with implementation and/or transition activities
      - Strong communication skills and a process improvement mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar financial analyst role or related field
      - Knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies
      - Familiarity with SAP systems and processes
