  Position Summary

  Job Summary

  This role is responsible for managing, analyzing, enforcing and reporting upon Company owned restaurant financial metrics as well as assisting with other Company and Department financial and reporting responsibilities as needed. This role is actively involved in management and enforcement of financial health activies including handling escalated AR activities.

  Job Responsibilities

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Pull, audit, communicate and enforce individual company owned store and district KPIs (i.e. sales growth, labor percentage, COGS, etc.)
  • Compile, analyze and disseminate financial reports, including but not limited to cash flow and P&Ls.
  • Manage, track and report upon AR activity, closing escalated AR issues in an expediated manner.
  • Track, report and manage Company financial metrics (i.e. department spends).
  • Analyze past revenue results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and assist in the development of the revenue forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the financial performance and present findings to leadership; actioning quickly upon approved recommendations.
  • Create and disseminate scorecards to measure financial KPI’s and the performance
  • Accurately and completely audit purchases to ensure compliance.
  • Audit schedules to ensure compliance.
  • Audit daily performance metrics in support of the various departments and business units.
  • Forecast models as necessary.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports in an easily digestible manner.
  • Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions.
  • Assist with escalated AR collections as necessary.

  Pre-requisites and qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of excel
  • Restaurant management level experience desired but not required
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and directly
  • Ability and willingness to work in a Dallas-based office
  • Ability and willingness to work outside of traditional business hours
