      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the selection, implementation, configuration, testing, validation, support, customization, and optimization of clients' modeling and forecasting systems
      - Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of model validation specifications and operations
      - Lead and oversee client modeling and forecasting projects, acting as the main point of contact
      - Draft and review summary reports to meet client needs
      - Identify and implement reporting and data efficiencies to enhance client processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; major in math or statistics preferred
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a data analysis role required
      - Knowledge of business intelligence functions including analytics, data mining, reporting, and data modeling
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced features of Microsoft Excel
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience

      - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Insights
      - Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
      - Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis
