Develop new business with customers composed of individuals and/or business leaders, while maintaining a balance between member and customer satisfaction, profitability and the level of risk involved.
Develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients assigned to him or her by responding to their specialized savings needs and by calling on the contribution of Desjardins components as needed.
Ensure thein-transfer of members' external assets and fully develop the potential of members referred to, solicited or prospected by the Caisse.
Advise members and customers on the best financial strategies (including debt management) to grow their savings and investment portfolios.
Develop and maintain sustainable and customized collaborations with account managers at the Desjardins Business Centre, Desjardins components, and various business partners in the community as well as those referred by members and customers.
Be attentive to the needs of members and customers to ensure their full satisfaction, pinpoint business opportunities, and as required, refer them to individuals who can meet their needs.
Develop strategies and implement actions to publicize and enhance the reputation of Desjardins Group's wealth management service offer.
Adhere to current policies, practices and standards as well as to the various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services. Carry out sound and prudent risk management for the portfolio under his or her responsibility.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience

The incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining personalized business relationships with members and customers and assisting them in achieving their financial goals by providing an integrated high-calibre specialized savings service offer. He or she generally serves customers with high potential for caisse savings and investments (250,000 dollars and more), recruited through referrals and his or her networking, prospecting and solicitation activities.
