What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Calculate and monitor operating KPIs and analyze their impact on the company's financial performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project business performance
- Prepare management reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with business units to evaluate financial performance and provide decision support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling, etc.)
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
