      Key Responsibilities

      The role will support Firmwide reporting and analysis, including analytical and strategic support to the Head of FP&A and Business Operations. The role entails leading special projects, crafting senior-level presentations, conducting analysis, creating data visualizations, and developing decision-making models. Candidates must have proven experience clearly communicating results orally and in writing and should be strong problem solvers.

      • Responsible for detailed analytical review of financial results, including variance reporting, budget to actual analysis and KPI reporting to senior management
      • Responsible for generating business narratives and summaries of results
      • Prepare monthly reporting and communicate financial insights , including KPIs to business unit leads and corporate leadership
      • Prepare quarterly board presentations earnings materials
      • Support various ad hoc reporting and senior management presentations for the CFO / CEO
      • Regularly evaluate existing financial planning and analysis processes, identify potential improvements, facilitate problem solving discussions and enforce changes to increase efficiency
      • Develop high-quality presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership supplemented by Finance team inputs and analyses.

      Qualifications

      • 5+ years of experience in the financial services or comparable sector
      • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
      • Proven expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; Working knowledge of Workday Financials strongly preferred
      • Excellent verbal and written (business writing) communication skills
      • Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure situations
      • Change management mindset with a focus on innovation and automation
