What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop budget/forecast data models and consolidate revenue, healthcare costs, and administrative expenses
- Prepare annual budget book and narratives for approval by senior staff and governing bodies
- Analyze and disseminate variance reports to aid senior management in decision making
- Perform complex financial analysis of specific capital and extraordinary projects
- Serve as a Finance liaison with other departments and act as a consultant to other departments and managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Related Field
- At least 5 years of experience analyzing data in a financial context
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and present findings to senior management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Finance Concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- SQL skills and budget system development skills
