We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our international finance team!

As our FP&A Analyst you will join our Region Central (Benelux, DACH, CEE) Controlling Finance team - Professional Hygiene.

From products as hand soaps, napkin dispensers to digital solutions as Vision Cleaning, Tork keeps reinventing to offer sustainable innovative hygiene products and solutions.

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. In this role you will have wide exposure to how a B2B business works, assisting on various projects (pricing developments, customer investments ed).

To add to the variety; an important aspect of the role is also supporting in transition of finance processes to the new ERP (SAP 4/Hana) platform throughout next 3 years.

You will join a strong professional team of Sales & Marketing Controllers, working in an informal culture. You will be reporting to the Regional Director Business Control.

This position can be based in Mannheim (Germany), Warsaw (Poland) or Zeist (Netherlands).

What you will be doing

• Supporting in transition of finance processes to the new ERP (SAP 4/Hana) platform

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans

• Develop and maintain financial models for customer investments and other projects

• Analyse financial and non-financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis

• Optimizing customer investment whilst partnering and challenging key stakeholders to influence the decision-making process

• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

• Continuously improve financial processes and systems (incl. Power BI and other analysis tools) to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Who you are

• Relevant Bachelor/Masters degree in finance, economics

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance (consulting industry, corporate environment)

• Preferably strong financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently

• English language skills both written and spoken

• Digitally savvy and curious (Excel, Power BI ed)

• Experience with SAP (or similar data analysis tools) is an advantage
