      $17.00 - $23.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

      Position Highlights:

      • Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Intern - Acute & Ambulatory
      • Location: 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL 60555
      • Internship Role - 40/hrs per week during Summer
      • Hours: Monday-Friday, schedule to be determined
      • Hybrid Position: potential for work from home days as internship progresses.

      Job Summary:

      The Financial Planning & Analysis Intern will work closely with the professionals of the Endeavor Health Acute & Ambulatory Financial Planning & Analysis team, which oversees the Acute & Ambulatory division of Endeavor Health. The position will be located at the Corporate Office in Warrenville, IL but may also work out of the Corporate Office in Arlington Heights. This is a “hybrid” position which requires the Intern to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday to enhance direct communication and development but provides the flexibility to work remote Monday and Friday.

      This is a full-time, paid position with a start/end date that can be customized to fit each Intern’s schedule. Endeavor maintains a very supportive and collegial work environment and employees generally enjoy a healthy work/life balance.

      What you will do:

      The Intern position is designed as a learning opportunity with value-add investment responsibilities. Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

      • Review financial statements of various business units.
      • Attend meetings with other team members.
      • Complete financial analyses as requested.
      • Assist with various Finance projects.

      What you will need:

      • Education: Progress towards a Bachelor’s degree
      • Experience: Education or Experience towards Healthcare Finance
      • Unique or Preferred Skills:
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
      • Strong written and oral communication skills
      • Detail oriented
