What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop financial planning and financial management strategies for the organization
- Coordinate budgeting activities and variance analysis
- Compile and analyze consolidated budget models
- Prepare financial analysis for internal analysis and presentations
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience implementing and supporting a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Platform
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Exceptional time management and detail management skills

- Experience in the Medical Device industry
- Strong strategic and financial fundamentals knowledge
