      Financial Planning & Analysis Manager


      LOCATION: AMSTELVEEN, NETHERLANDS

      Then we have the perfect role for you. For our Finance Team, we are looking for an ambitious full-time FP&A Manager for our office in Amstelveen.


      ABOUT THE ROLE

      As the FP&A Manager, you will be based in Amstelveen and work closely with the FP&A Lead and Finance Director in order to support the management team in financial planning and reporting. You will prepare OL (Outlook), SRC, and ASP (Annual and Strategic Plan) financials, as well as performance analysis of plans and actuals . Next to this, you will plan and do the actual reporting of the Netherlands Marketing & Sales, including budgets of operational expenses and costs of goods sold. On top of this, you will work on excise modeling and price setting in line with the company's operating guidelines. Finally, you will also work on projects.


      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Prepare monthly actuals including a summary of volume and profit & loss statements plus key highlights: variances to plan, prior year, new price movements, etc.
      • Support FP&A Associates to prepare analysis and reports on a monthly basis, with clear explanations of all variances with regular and ad-hoc reporting to budget owners and top management
      • Contribute to the month-end closing process, checking the accuracy of accounting entries and liaising with the Accounting team to correct as needed
      • Drive processes improvement in line with corporate and local business controlling requirements
      • Support FP&A Lead in running Excise & Pricing scenarios and provide recommendations to the Finance Director
      • Be responsible for planning, analyzing, and controlling the pricing process
      • Develop and update system tools and reports, run monthly pricing conditions set up check-in SAP
      • Ensure being in line with the company's guidelines connected to the financial budgets and support the business with the preparation of Business Approval Processes

      WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

      • University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
      • Financial qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is an advantage
      • Minimum 2/3 years of financial analysis or controlling experience in a multinational company
      • Fluent English plus Dutch would be a plus
      • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar ERP system experience and Power BI is an advantage
      • Good interpersonal communication, proactive, willing to present data to top management
