Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Manager of FP&A and Systems to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role will be pivotal in managing financial planning processes, overseeing budgeting/forecasting activities, and enhancing financial reporting systems and processes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will lead process improvements across the organization to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness while assisting a team of FP&A professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assisting financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting activities, while focusing on optimizing and enhancing financial reporting systems and processes.

Utilizing technical abilities to optimize system performance, reporting, dashboarding etc.

Implement process improvements across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, emphasizing the optimization of financial systems.

Assist and train the FP&A team, providing guidance on technical aspects of financial systems and processes.

Utilize a minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A, demonstrating proficiency in managing financial systems and processes, including SQL, Cognos, Oracle ERP, and advanced Excel skills (macros etc.).

Serve as the liaison between FP&A, Operations Analysis, and the BI/IT team.

Possess a BA in finance, accounting, or business.
