      Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching, and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

      Who We Want

Students who have a passion for the financial services industry will gain hands-on experience at one of the largest RIAs in the country, whose value proposition has driven double digit growth over the last several years.

The Summer Internship program allows students to gain experience in the practice of financial planning and increase their skills in working with clients. The Summer Internship program also provides a unique opportunity to learn about the internal workings of a successful RIA firm. This Program is ideal for students whose ultimate goal is to build and grow their own practice.

Successful candidates will be rising seniors in a CFP ® registered program. In some cases, students with a demonstrated interest in the field of financial planning and pursuing a degree in a Finance related field will be considered.

      • Gain understanding into the operations of a successful, independent RIA firm
      • Contribute to a service-based group project in alignment with Carson’s commitment to increasing access to sound financial advice.
      • Opportunity to join the Carson Partner Development Program following graduation
