      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare recurring financial transactions, reports, and analyses related to the hospital's financial statements and balance sheets
      - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned accounts
      - Analyze general ledger accounts and cost centers, providing management with insights on financial trends and projections
      - Organize and maintain supporting documentation and schedules for financial reporting and audits
      - Communicate effectively with department managers to resolve inquiries related to budget and fund reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel with solid technical skills
      - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies in financial reporting
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult interpersonal situations
