- Req#: 32748260516
- You'll work closely with clients to help them protect what matters most and plan for what's ahead.
- You'll have the autonomy to build your own practice, with the tools, mentorship, and infrastructure of a top-tier firm.
- You'll receive full support in obtaining your Life and Health License, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within your first 6 months.
- Have a proven track record of success in client-facing roles like sales, financial services, real estate, mortgage, or similar industries.
- Are entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a strong sense of discipline and a drive to build something of their own.
- Enjoy developing long-term relationships and genuinely care about helping others succeed.
- Are organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
- Are comfortable with technology—able to navigate tools like Zoom, Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms with ease.
- Bonus points if you already have a Bachelor's degree in business/finance or hold a Life, Accident, and Health license.
