Conduct company, market, and industry research and analysis to identify relevant drivers and trends
Evaluate companies and business models across various industries through financial analysis
Perform information searches and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Calculate key financial indicators, metrics, and benchmarks, and conduct complex financial analyses
Utilize professional databases, especially financial databases, eg. Bloomberg, CapIQ, Moodys
Support internal studies and product development
Contribute to internal knowledge management
Bachelor's degree in Economics required
Minimum of three years of experience in Corporate Finance or M&A, e.g., at auditing firms, investment banks, financial investors, or consulting companies
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, and a high level of service orientation and flexibility
Proficiency in MS Office and professional financial databases like CapIQ, Moodys, Bloomberg etc.;
Structured and goal-oriented working style, with friendly and open communication
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, additional language are desirable

Job Description
For our Global Research Team, we are looking for an ambitious Financial Analyst to join our Research Team in Mexico City, Mexico. Our team provides research support to all Roland Berger offices globally. As Financial Analyst you will support consulting teams with research of financial data and in-depth financial analysis as well as market assessments for various industry to support Transactions (M&A), Corporate Performance, and Pricing projects. Besides conducting information searches and analyses, you will carry out short-term project tasks and support internal studies.
This position is open in our Mexico City office and requires at least three days of in-office presence.
