What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries, applying advanced knowledge of financial products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to online enrollment and account access
- Process and review new account applications and transactions from various channels
- Manage credit line increase requests and payments while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls with attention to detail
- A secure and distraction-free workspace for remote work
- Strong computer skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
