      About the Role

      As a Financial Services Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the sales and finance processes for new and pre-owned vehicles. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Management teams as well as our offsite virtual finance agents to ensure seamless customer transactions—from vehicle purchase to financing and delivery.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Assist customers and sales staff with processing purchase, lease, and finance documents

      • Support virtual finance agents by coordinating electronic document completion and communication

      • Ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle titling and registration paperwork

      • Monitor funding of finance contracts within set timeframes

      • Maintain compliance with dealership and lender requirements

      • Collaborate with management to meet financial services sales goals

      • Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase process

      What We’re Looking For

      • Experience in automotive retail or finance preferred

      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

      • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

      • Proficiency with dealership systems and tools (CDK, Darwin, Route One, Dealertrack a plus)

      • Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

      • Interest in advancing to a Finance Manager role

      Requirements

      • Must have background in Finance or Sales
      • Automotive experience is a plus!
      • Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening

      • Ability to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends
