  Employer is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Services Specialist, you will be an Ambassador for the employer, handling phone calls from customers in a virtual environment. We are looking for compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to upholding our tradition of Legendary Customer Service. This is a fully remote, work from home position with a flexible schedule.
  
  Responsibilities include:
  
  - Answering complex inbound account inquiries
  - Troubleshooting customer inquiries regarding online enrollment and other online related questions
  - Processing and reviewing new account applications
  - Handling register referrals, transactions, and credit line increase requests
  - Performing other assigned duties
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - 1+ years of customer service experience
  - Ability to work in a distraction-free and secure workspace
  - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  - Wired, high-speed Internet connection
  - Clear and professional communication skills
  - Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
  - Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
  - Computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
  - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
