What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries, including escalated customer and store calls
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment, passwords, and sign-on
- Enter and review new account applications from various channels
- Process register referrals, transactions, and credit line requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with attention to detail
- A quiet, secure workspace free from distractions
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
