What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries using advanced knowledge of financial products
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment and account access
- Process and review new account applications and credit line requests
- Answer escalated customer calls, ensuring a high level of service
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with attention to detail
- A secure and distraction-free workspace for remote work
- Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
