  Responsibilities:
  - Answer complex inbound account inquiries, including escalated customer, store, and helpline calls
  - Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to online enrollment, passwords, sign-on issues, and other online concerns
  - Process new account applications from multiple channels
  - Review and handle register referrals, Nordstrom.com transactions, credit line increase requests, and payments
  - Perform other assigned duties as needed
  
  Requirements:
  - 1+ years of customer service experience
  - A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace in your declared home office
  - Ability to work your entire shift using a computer, headset, and camera when requested
  - Flexibility to work a schedule based on department needs, including nights and weekends
  - Wired, high-speed internet connection with a modem or router with an Ethernet port (No Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi)
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Ability to handle a high volume of calls with accuracy and deliver an excellent customer experience
  - Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
  - Strong computer skills, including technical troubleshooting and navigating multiple systems with dual monitors
  - Integrity, respect for confidentiality, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
