      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer complex inbound account inquiries utilizing advanced knowledge of financial products
      - Troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment and account access

      - Process and review transactions, including credit line increases and payments
      - Perform additional duties as assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
      - Ability to manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and attention to detail
      - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
      - Strong computer skills and technical troubleshooting ability
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
