      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer complex inbound account inquiries using advanced knowledge of financial products and services
      - Troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment, password, and sign-on problems
      - Enter and review new account applications from various channels
      - Process register referrals, transactions, and credit line requests
      - Perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service

      - Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
