  Position Details:
  
  - Full-time positions with set schedules available
  - Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends
  - Flexibility required, including scheduled overtime during peak periods and holidays
  - 1-week orientation and 7-week training program
  - Opportunity to earn incentives and shift differential pay
  - Receive a $50/month work from home subsidy
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Answer complex inbound account inquiries and provide solutions
  - Troubleshoot online enrollment, password, and sign-on issues
  - Review and process new account applications from various channels
  - Handle register referrals, Nordstrom.com transactions, and credit line increase requests
  - Perform assigned duties with attention to detail and accuracy
  
  Requirements:
  
  - 1+ years of customer service experience
  - Dedicated and secure workspace in your home
  - Ability to work at a desk with a computer, headset, and camera
  - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  - Wired, high-speed internet connection with a modem or router
  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering excellent customer service
  - Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a virtual environment
  - Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity
  - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
