      As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you'll begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. You'll learn to manage client relationships and provide tailored financial advice, progressing to work directly in our financial centers and supporting clients' financial needs.

      Progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II involves deepening client relationships and expanding your expertise. The Academy provides ongoing support and development opportunities throughout your career.

      This role requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks and registration processes, with non-compliance potentially leading to termination.

      We support your growth by providing top-tier training, licensing assistance, client relationship management skills, and opportunities to connect with various financial experts.

      Desired Skills:

      • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant financial or sales experience.
      • Experience in assessing client needs and managing relationships.

      Additional Details:

      Shift: 1st shift (U.S.); Hours per week: 40.
