      Position Responsibilities

      Are you passionate about financial systems and eager to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team at Deltek, where you'll support the Finance department in leveraging cutting-edge financial systems to drive efficiency and innovation.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide direct functional support to users across a wide variety of applications, troubleshooting core applications and processes as needed. (Costpoint experience a strong plus)
      • Identify opportunities to improve our financial systems and participate in enhancements and projects to implement those solutions.
      • Analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners, and business leaders.
      • Conduct user requirement analysis for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
      • Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, and supporting application patches and upgrades.
      • Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
      • Participate in regular SOX, Digital Technology compliance reviews, and IT audits as necessary.

      Qualifications

      • 3-5 years of experience in supporting functional accounting applications.
      • Prior experience in accounting is a plus.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Basic script writing experience.
      • Previous ERP system experience.
      • Experience with Costpoint, Time and Expense.
      • Additional experience with Blackline, GEP, and Softrax is a plus.

      Compensation Information

      The U.S. salary range for this position is $57000.00 - $99750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
