What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Finance organization’s reporting needs across various sub-workstreams including general accounting and payroll cost allocations
- Develop, design, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver transformational reports aligned with Finance goals
- Review Workday system upgrades and conduct regression testing to improve processes
- Provide technical guidance and become the subject matter expert on reports and dashboards for the Finance organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the support and administration of Workday Financials
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Report Writing, including complex calculated fields
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and analytical skills

- Experience in engaging with Workday Community to understand technology capabilities
- Proven ability to take initiative in identifying problems and implementing change
- Familiarity with security dependencies related to Workday modules and data sources
