      What Will You Do?

      • Assure quality of all production through proper training and monitoring of employee work methods.
      • Meet shipping schedules.
      • Work with the production of sample runs and general production problem solving.
      • Establish manpower requirements to maximize production/cost ratios.
      • Set goals for group leaders and department personnel.
      • Conduct employee performance appraisals and salary reviews.
      • Find methods to improve productivity while either maintaining or enhancing product quality.
      • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
      • Assist in the documentation of employee records for wages, attendance, performance, etc.
      • Help keep production running during maintenance problems.
      • Assist in the development of written manufacturing specifications.

      What Will You Need?

      • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
      • Two years production-related experience
      • Experience in finish operations (preferred)
