      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, collaborate, and serve as a resource related to wildland fire hazards
      - Develop, document, and present training on wildland fire prevention and suppression
      - Plan and conduct audits in accordance with internal audit program and regulatory requirements
      - Conduct quantitative and qualitative fire risk assessments and communicate results to management
      - Develop a wildland fire prevention strategy based on observed fire causes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Bachelor's Degree in forestry, natural resources, or similar field preferred
      - Valid Driver's License and compliance with company driving policies
      - Three+ years of experience in a Safety related position in the Utility Line Clearance or Vegetation Management Industry or the Natural Resource Management sector
      - Experience as a Wildland Firefighter preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Safety-related certification ASP, OSHA, CTSP, or others
      - Familiarity with OSHA, MSHA, ANSI, EPA, and DOT standards
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish
