Job Title: Firewatch

Responsibilities

• Perform site clean up and spotter tasks daily.
• Relay information and direction from management to the team.
• Conduct fire watch duties, including standing for 11+ hours per day.
• Use fire extinguishers if needed and complete fire watch safety training.

Essential Skills

• Construction knowledge.
• Fire watch experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work with different personality styles.
• Willingness to work alongside the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Good communicator.
• Ability to utilize computers and technical equipment.
