      Position Overview

      As the Dutch Bros First Impressions Office Coordinator of Phoenix, AZ, this individual will be a master of first impressions and illustrate Dutch Bros’ core values of speed, quality, and service in all that they do! This person must have the ability to “set the stage” and create a welcoming and fun-loving environment for everyone. As the First Impressions Office Coordinator, they will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks ranging from the general day-to-day office needs, to acting as tour guide to guests and team members. This individual will ensure the office is always set up for success whether through functionality, office supplies, or supporting executive-level needs. They will also create and foster relationships with HQ employees and vendors by being the in-house broista.

      Job Qualifications

      • 1 year of Dutch Bros broista experience, preferred

      • Two years of administrative or office experience, required

      • Outstanding customer service

      • Experience performing general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

      • Basic IT troubleshooting abilities, preferred

      • Exceptional organizational skills

      • Ability to take initiative and independently solve problems

      • This position is required to drive, when necessary

      • This position is required to be in Phoenix, AZ

      Location Requirement:

      This position is required to be in Phoenix, Arizona and requires 5 days/week in the office

      Key Results Areas (KRAs)

      Create a welcoming and fun-loving environment for visitors and employees:

      • Ensure every employee and visitor is greeted promptly, personally, and professionally - be an extension of the Dutch Bros window

      • Ensure headquarters is promptly open and closed on time utilizing opening, closing, and cleaning checklists

      • Answer incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate personnel

      • Manage the reception and common areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and visually appealing

      • Handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

      • Address complaints or issues related to the office space and resolve them effectively

      • Assist with internal and external communication, such as announcements and notifications

      • Implement a tracking and celebration system for birthdays and anniversaries of local employees

      • Serve and make Dutch Bros drinks to employees and guests on a daily basis, upholding Dutch Bros’ three core values (speed, quality, and service)

      • Go the extra mile to ensure all employees have what they need to be successful in their roles and comfortable in their space

      • Partner with the Employee Engagement team to facilitate culture activations and return-to-office initiatives (Dub shots, catered lunches, office games, etc.)

      Manage day-to-day office operations:

      • Manage office supplies and product inventory, ensuring timely restocking and rotation of goods

      • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

      • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs

      • Provide building access or access cards for employees or vendors

      • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for various office needs

      • Ensure compliance with office security and access protocols

      • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment

      • Troubleshoot basic IT and technical issues or escalate them to the IT department, as needed

      • Take initiative to complete daily administrative tasks with little to no oversight; including gift card fulfillment, processing mail, processing product orders, responding to emails, and keeping snacks and beverages stocked

      • Use problem-solving skills to address challenges that present themselves and take initiative to find a resolution.

      Provide meeting and event coordination as well as department and executive support:

      • Schedule meetings efficiently, and effectively manage the calendar of incoming guests

      • Prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials including but not limited to equipment and refreshments

      • Assist in organizing office events and gatherings

      • Serve as the first point of contact for other departments, supporting their workflows and various needs

      • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and productive office environment reflective of Dutch Bros’ core values

      • Provide support to executives and leaders as needed

      • Coordinate meal pick-up or delivery as needed or requested

      • Partner with various departments to develop a strong presence in the Phoenix Valley community

      • Support in facilitating the gift box program

      • Other duties as assigned

      Physical Requirements

      • Must be able to move or lift office items and deliveries

      • Must be able to work in an office environment

      • Must be able to communicate in an effective manner to perform job duties

      • Vision must be good or corrected in order to perform essential job duties

      • Hearing must be good or corrected in order to have the ability to understand information to perform essential job duties

      • Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary

      • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculators, copy machines, computers, and office equipment
