      The First Impressions Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering hands-on training and coaching to our First Impression Specialists. They work closely with new hires and existing team members to enhance customer service skills and create a positive customer experience. Additionally, they focus on sales training, equipping employees with the knowledge and techniques needed to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales. Collaborates with the first impressions leadership team on developing, implementing, and maintaining tools, resources, and documentation.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Demonstrates ALLO’s core values by maintaining a positive, open demeanor, encouraging different points of view, moving the team forward through change, providing timely information, and communicating issues with the team lead or supervisor

      • Improves training effectiveness by communicating with new hires, leads, and supervisors providing readily available support

      • Communicating if the training documentation needs to be adjusted or updated

      • Collaborates with first impressions leadership to make necessary improvements

      • Develop sales training for further learning for the First Impression Specialist role

      • Performs all other duties as required

      • Develop new training techniques to advance our training capabilities

      • Conduct in-person and virtual training classes for individuals and groups

      • Stay updated on company resources and on any policy or procedure change that may happen

      Colorado Residents: Typical pay range for this role will be from $22 to $25 per hour depending on experience.

      EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

      • 1 year of relevant job experience or more

      • Background in teaching or training

      • Sales training experience

      • Training program development skills

      SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

      • Excellent Customer Service Skills

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills internally and customer-facing with a focus on training

      • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

      • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities

      • Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement

      • Ability to remain approachable in a fast-paced environment

      • Willingness to consider alternate approaches to facilitate training

      • Acceptance and respect for others and the ability to see different perspectives

      • Collaboration with training team and leadership

      • Experienced in Microsoft Office

      • Ability to maintain customer service duties

      WORKING CONDITIONS:

      • In office, some travel may be required

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • 10% travel requirement

      • Remain stationary for extended periods

      • Ability to communicate information

      • Ability to operate a computer
