      Under the direction of the Business Manager, provides support for fiscal and procurement functions within the College of Engineering to support multiple cost centers including Undergraduate Studies, Career Services, Service Center, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Advancement, Community, Access, Retention and Empowerment Office (CARE), Graduate Studies, College Administration, Office of the Dean, Facilities Administration, Professional & Distance Education, Department of Engineering Education (EED), Department of Civil, Environmental and Geodetic Engineering (CEGE), and Engineering Technology Services (ETS); serves as point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and guests regarding finance, travel, procurement, personnel funding updates, journal entries, interpretation of policies and procedures, and other fiscal related duties; researches and resolves issues that may arise related to financial transactions; assists with monthly reconciliation and monitoring of associated activities; manages department pcards, OSP pcards and Faculty Club accounts; as directed by the college Internal Control structure, ensures segregation of duties in the processing of every transaction; ensures all required documentation is obtained and conforms to University guidelines; works with the Service Center to ensure efficient processing of fiscal transactions; responsible for annual asset management audit and reporting and tagging of capital assets; participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
