      JOB SUMMARY:

      To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by managing an effective team to provide quality financial services. Responsible for managing all aspects of the Fiscal Department for the agency and related parties. Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and leading a team to fulfill the mission of the department. Fiscal functions include Taxation, Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll & Benefits, and Procurement. Fiscal Director duties include but not limited to the following:

      • Oversee and effectively maintain agency fiscal systems and reporting by timely recording of expenses and revenues.
      • Submit Program expense reports to funding sources and request reimbursement in a timely manner.
      • Manage cash flow to ensure appropriate funds are collected and strategically distributed and if necessary, to access the agency’s financial health and sustainability.
      • Analyze and forecast revenues and expenses as needed.
      • Provide fiscal analysis to assist in decision making and strategic planning.
      • Create policies and procedures to demonstrate proper internal controls and safeguard of assets.
      • Introduce new uses of technology to the Fiscal Department to complete all necessary fiscal tasks most accurately and efficiently.
      • Serve as Financial Business Partner across the agency.
      • Develop and maintain a standard operations procedures manual for each function and process within the Fiscal Department.
      • Keep abreast of current literature and trends to support changes in environment and funding.
      • Develop Team members to empower them to lead their area of responsibility.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      QUALIFCATIONS:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree preferred.
      • At least ten years’ experience including supervisory experience, , in financial management, budgeting, forecasting general ledger and GAAP accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Able to create financial reporting presentations using various software, databases as needed to support accounting schedules. Thorough knowledge of Non-Profit Accounting Fiscal practices.
      • Excellent computer skills; proficiency with Excel, Data Analytics, Financial and Accounting Software and other applications as needed.
      • Active Driver's License required.
      • COVID-19 vaccination, or willingness to receive vaccine required.
