      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and troubleshoot the county's integrated financial and payroll/attendance systems
      - Design and implement program updates while providing training and support to end-users
      - Analyze and modify financial and payroll reports according to departmental specifications
      - Provide technical assistance and lead projects for automated financial solutions
      - Conduct detailed system analyses to ensure compliance with legal requirements and reporting standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of professional accounting experience with automated financial systems
      - Proficiency in conducting systems analysis and troubleshooting issues
      - Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial information
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with financial systems in a governmental agency
      - Familiarity with programming and executive user report languages
      - Experience in leading technology-driven improvements in fiscal processes
      - Knowledge of union, state, and federal accounting requirements
      - Ability to develop and maintain relational database applications
