What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee rig operations by guiding troubleshooting actions and monitoring multiple jobs simultaneously
- Ensure accurate data entry and validation in the online platform while identifying and resolving quality issues
- Verify pre-job checklists and conduct connectivity tests to maintain platform functionality
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and improve operational efficiency
- Follow established protocols for issue resolution and propose enhancements to communication and operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in field services (casing and torque turn)
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related field from a four-year college is desirable
- Fundamental understanding of well construction operations, including pipe running, torque turn, and rig systems and equipment
- Proficiency in data entry and the use of web-based platforms
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
