  Position Summary

  As a Fitness Consultant at Fitness Connection, you will have the incredible opportunity to change lives every day!   Your Day to Day Responsibilities

  Sales Expert:

  • • Change lives by engaging and selling Fitness Connection membership packages.
    • Follow up with new members to ensure they are happy with their membership and the club.
    • Generate sales leads through various methods like referrals, presentations, and phone calls.
    • Stay informed about current promotions and sales needs.
    • Conduct club tours and set up trial workouts for prospects.
    • Upgrade existing memberships to include more services or family members.
    • Promote and sell additional services and products, such as personal training and supplements.
    • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
    • Keep up with industry trends and maintain knowledge of local competitors.
    • Continuously work on enhancing your personal selling skills and participate actively in sales meetings.

  Club Operations:

  • • Maintain accurate records of all leads, referrals, upgrades, prospects, and promotions.
    • Handle all required paperwork meticulously.
    • Perform opening and closing duties as necessary.
    • Keep the front desk and sales areas neat and organized.
    • Stock and organize retail offerings as needed.
    • Report any incidents promptly.
    • Assist with other operational duties as requested by management.

  Fitness Connection Enthusiast:

  • • Engage all Members and Guests with a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
    • Handle basic Member account inquiries and check-ins.
    • Assist with Telephone Inquiries and direct Guests to the appropriate managers.
    • Maintain a positive relationship with the entire club team and support your teammates in achieving their goals.
    • Stay knowledgeable about the club's history, philosophy, facilities, and team.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales is advantageous.
  • Must be able to follow and communicate verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical demands include activities like bending, squatting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
