- Briefing fitness qualifications and individual passing requirements to candidates
- Conducting orientations, assessments, or consultations to understand participants' needs and track their progress
- Providing guidance, motivation, and support to individuals pursuing their fitness goals
- Addressing participants concerns or inquiries, ensuring a positive experience throughout their fitness journey
- Conducting fitness demonstrations
- Providing comprehensive candidate performance tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Providing additional administrative assistance to the Global Staffing Team
- Must possess bachelor’s degree OR one (1) year of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of personalities
- Thorough understanding of wellness and proper fitness practices
- Ability to demonstrate and explain proper fitness techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Organized, with attention to detail
POSITION INFORMATION: BASIC DETAILS

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Pay Range: $47,000 – 50,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Summary:
The Fitness Coordinate will facilitate the pre-deployment Performance Readiness Test (PRT) to candidates traveling overseas on a US Government contract.

Work Environment:
Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
Physical Requirements:
Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds.
