      Key Responsibilities:

      • Encourage members to utilize our diverse fitness offerings and motivate team members similarly.
      • Build and lead a high-performing membership team aligned with company goals.
      • Ensure project and department milestones are achieved within budget.
      • Enforce club rules and promote proper procedures.
      • Provide feedback to the General Manager regarding team performance and assist with hiring decisions.
      • Manage personal training sales and monitor key metrics.
      • Train staff to generate leads and new business.
      • Conduct regular performance meetings with direct reports.
      • Serve as manager-on-duty as needed to resolve member concerns.

      Mandatory Qualifications:

      • Proficiency in personal training techniques and sales.
      • Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
      • Effective leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
      • Bachelor's degree preferred.
      • Current CPR certification and a national personal trainer certification.
      • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain professionalism.
      • 5-10 years of multi-unit management experience in sales-driven environments.
      • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable results.
      • Willingness to travel between club locations.
      • Fitness certification from a recognized authority.
      • Preferred BA or BS degree, especially in a sales-related field.
      • Bilingual skills are a plus.
