      What you’ll do

      As a Fixed Access Engineering & IP Supervisor at Fiber2all, you will play a key role in our fixed access division. Your responsibilities will include:
      • Leading a highly qualified team, providing technical guidance, support and roadmap. Coordinate team activities, set objectives, and assess performance to ensure efficient operations and synergies.
      • Manage Network engineering activities related to the design of the Fixed Access, IP , Aggregation layer and Operations maintenance.
      • Design and Monitor KPIs for the performance and health status of fixed access and aggregation network.
      • Implement new technologies on Access (FTTx) and manage optimization activities.
      • Perform with the team capacity planning and dimensioning for Access & Aggregation network working closely with other Telco Operators/Providers to ensure NNI deployment.
      • Ensure the compliance to company's policies and procedures.
      Define new procedures, processes and tools for improving the performance of the fixed access network and IP aggregation, minimize costs and improve system(s) availability to the organization.
      • Planning, scheduling, and overseeing the acceptance & delivery of active equipment as well as the delivery of new services
      Work across multiple functions, scheduling and executing delivery while meeting SLAs.
      • Lead RFP processes, provide technical requirements and evaluate-manage active equipment vendors.
      • Study wholesale arm special needs and requirements, devise specific designs for Access networks and related services and work closely with commercial wholesale team.
      • Work closely with Wholesale Operations team, in order to provide effective and efficient solutions on day to day works as well as deep dive analysis on occurring network issues.


      Who you are

      • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.
      • Very good knowledge of Greek and English language (oral and written)
      • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fixed network telecommunications industry
      • Proficiency in technical and project management functions
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills
      • A strong commitment to health and safety
      • Ability to operate well in fast-paced & collaborative environment
      • Focus on targets and ability to meet strict deadlines
      • Strong Effective problem resolution

      It would be a plus proven knowledge or experience in:
      • Knowledge of Nokia equipment & management Systems
      • Network scripting and programming
      • Network security

      Additional / professional qualifications:
      • Master’s in computer engineering or TelCos
      • Certifications: formal training or certifications of any of the following vendors would be welcome (FTTH Council, BBWF, Cisco, Nokia, others).
      • Relevant Networking related certifications in Access, Aggregation and IP are desirable and will be considered a plus.
      • SW development background aimed to automate provisioning, performance monitoring & reporting and introduction of Software Defined Network technologies.
