- Maintenance of Fixed Income Product Due Diligence Database. This database is a repository of both approved and unapproved lists.
- Perform credit analysis on companies on an annual basis & ad-hoc basis (based on market developments).
- Track and monitor performance of securities.
- Provide investment recommendations across Global Fixed Income Credit markets.
- Contribute to trade idea generation and preparing client friendly materials.
- Model return profile of all the investment ideas generated, and keep track of index returns, total return and alpha.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/CA with 1-3 years of relevant experience in experience in quantitative research, preferably with past public security research experience
- Written and spoken fluency in English required. The candidate must be able to articulate verbally and on paper.
- Knowledge of economics, financial markets, accounting, and corporate finance.
- Knowledge of fixed income securities and capital structure.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, specifically having proficiency of Accounting and Corporate Finance to develop a skillset, including analysis of company’s debt profile, cash flows and overall credit risk.
- Team player capable of working effectively with multiple business partners.
- CFA / Pursuing CFA or MBA is a plus
- Knowledge in credit analysis in bank capital/financial institution is a plus
- Data compilation and analysis using MS Excel, Programming language is a plus
We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join the team with a primary focus in Fixed Income Product Due Diligence, a requirement for the Private Bank to perform credit analysis on a product before recommending to clients. PDD is subject to ongoing Annual Due Diligence, the candidate is required to review the issuer at least on an annual basis to ensure the assessment remain appropriate.
