- Manage a L9 finance associate manager.
- Own the total FLC Cost of Sales financial roll-up, period and quarterly
- Partner with the Site Directors to lead the development of the strategic Business Plan and Annual Operating Plans for Total Cost of Sales
- Present manufacturing insights to senior executives to drive growth and productivity
- Deliver FLC MVA financial plan, review period close results and forecast with broader Supply Chain team
- Lead the strategic direction and improvement of FLC forecasting for manufacturing, through Mosaic and Cockpit, to drive increased accountability to delivering total Cost of Sales
- Be an active participant and thought leader on the manufacturing leadership team and related forums
- Provide coaching/support to the Field Operations Teams and the Operations Finance team.
- Collaborate with Cost Accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Cross functional projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred. MBA and/or CA is a good addition
- 7+ years of work experience in Finance or Performance Management
- Ability to inspire, engage and enable at various levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of success influencing high performing teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
- Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
- Deep understanding of financial modeling/evaluation, linking to Supply Chain data
- Change management experience, including strong cross-functional management skills to drive change in the face of adversity

OverviewThe FLC Finance Manager – COS is an integral leader on the Supply Chain Finance team that is primarily responsible for leading AOP and periodic forecasting processes, executing productivity initiatives, and providing insights and strategies that ultimately enable the COS function to deliver against short and long term goals. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, effective relationship building, sense of ownership & accountability, as well as solid analytical acumen.
