      Ferguson has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Analyst! The role will assist in the coordination, maintenance, and compliance with Federal (FMCSA/DOT) regulations for all associates driving commercial vehicles. The Fleet Analyst will ensure all files and programs are consistent with Federal regulations and Ferguson policies and procedures.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop and maintain required reports for the purpose of supporting proactive FMCSA/DOT compliance
      • Maintain Image Driver Qualification Files
      • Maintain required FMCSA/DOT records in Workday
      • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of required records
      • Maintain and process Motor Vehicle Records
      • Maintain California Pull Notice Program
      • Maintain/Image Authorization and Release forms
      • Administer the Safe Driver Award Program
      • Maintain/complete previous employer DOT Employment Verifications
      • Always represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality customer service
      • Maintain timely and open communication with direct manager
      • Adherence to strict follow-up procedures
      • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
      • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
      • Work overtime as needed

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience in DOT compliance preferred
      • Acquire/have knowledge of company operations
      • Ability to research and interpret codes of federal regulations
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Strong judgment and decision-making ability
      • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office
      • Able to work in a team and independently
      • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Highly motivated and customer service oriented
      • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

      Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
