What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain fleet assets through oversight and coordination between operations, vendors, and management teams
- Track financial data and participate in cross-functional meetings to support performance management initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and prioritize tasks through the Corrigo system
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with vendors regarding deliveries and invoice discrepancies
- Analyze parts expenditures and avoidable damage through regular reporting to identify improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in fleet operations or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with vendors and site teams
- Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting processes
- Experience with asset management systems, preferably Corrigo
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with performance management systems such as Workday
- Experience in the real estate or facilities management industry
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Previous participation in cross-functional team meetings or initiatives
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
