      Summary:

      As a Car Fleet Coordinator you will be the primary contact for EMEA internal and external customers in relation to all aspects of the company vehicles and will provide administration support for effective delivery and maintenance of the company's car fleet.

      About the Role:

      • Support fleet operations, including vehicles ordering, timely deliveries to new starters or car changers, collection of cars from leavers, maintenance, and repairs.
      • Engage with fleet partners with respect to vehicle availability & utilization across Business Units, ensuring optimal fleet efficiency and availability.
      • Through monitoring vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.
      • Assist drivers with vehicle purchase and remind employees who qualify for a vehicle that vehicle selection is conducted based on business needs and adheres to the EMEA Company Car Policy conditions.
      • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to overcome operational challenges in a timely manner.
      • Maintain records of the fleet database to keep an accurate register of vehicles and drivers.
      • Contribute on accident and insurance management, internal and external audits.
      • Review Rental and Maintenance invoices for accuracy.
      • Contribute to the effective maintenance of the EMEA Company Car Policy, to ensure that it is relevant in relation to current market conditions and employee needs.

      About You:

      • Bachelor's or associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field would be an advantage.
      • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and stakeholder management.
      • Proficient verbal / written communication in English (German or any other language would be an advantage).
      • Keen attention to detail, ability to quickly learn systems.
      • Self-motivated, pro-active, organized, and able to work within a team and independently.
      • Able to maintain a positive attitude and work in a fast paced/growing company.

      Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,565.42 to €1,841.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
