      Job Description

      WHAT WE'RE DOING
      Detail-oriented and organized Acoustic Rapid COTs Insertion (ARCI) Requisition Coordinator to manage and process requisitions utilizing Lockheed Martin SILC and Commercial Asset visibility (CAV) Repairs Portal (RP). Ensuring accurate and timely coordination of repairs and communication of status to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will maintain records, provide reports, and verify requisition accuracy.

      THE WORK
      Key Responsibilities:

      Receive and process ARCI parts requisitions from SILC and CAV-RP, coordinating repairs, monitoring and communicating status, maintaining records, and providing reports to internal and external stakeholders.

      Verify the accuracy of requisitions, locate replacement assets, determine test requirements, and provide appropriate routings and work packages to authorize work and document movement/custody of materials.

      Track and maintain loans and borrows database, obtain appropriate permissions, complete and submit/present reports for PM review, coordinate payback, and close out associate records.

      Screen failed ARCI items returned from the Fleet or from installation activities, identifying items for repair or other disposition, determining test requirements, and providing appropriate routings and work packages.

      Monitor test and repair status, flow through, metrics, issues, and parts priority, recommending improvements as needed.

      Participate in periodic and ad hoc meetings with program management, team members/leaders, and suppliers to review status, priorities, identify issues, and recommend solutions.

      Desired skills

      Experience with ARCI Parts Requisition Processing: Prior experience processing ARCI parts requisitions via Commercial Asset visibility (CAV) Repairs Portal (RP) or WEBCAV, coordinating repairs, and communicating status to stakeholders.

      Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

      Database Management: Proficiency in using database management tools and techniques to manage records, track loans and borrows, and generate reports.

      Knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management: Understanding of the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, and the ability to manage assets effectively throughout their lifecycle.

      Continuous Improvement: A track record of identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes, and measuring results.

      Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to asset management and supply chain activities, and the ability to ensure compliance.

      Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

      Pay Rate:
      The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

      Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
      (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

      Pay Rate:
      The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $70,500 - $132,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
