  Job Description

  The FLEX Salesperson Video Assistant Stylist will partner with on-set crews and Product teams to prep samples for video shoots , and partner with stores to obtain merchandise for video filming as needed . The go al is to ensure efficient preparation of all video items in coordination with weekly sho ot schedules and product volume . Flexibility in hours during peak pe riods may be required . Travel between store locations may be required .

  A day in the life…

  • Detailed preparation of samples for video shoots

  • S teaming and ironing skills

  • Maintain accurate labeling of product at receipt, during shoot and upon return

  • T racking and storing video products before, during, and after filming prep

  • Maintain and organize the styling area & tools

  • SIP- Store Inventory Pull . Procure items from the salesfloor as necessary.

  • Partner with store logistics teams to ensure inventory is checked out while filming

  • Maintain understanding of video sample process and corresponding tools

  • Develop relationships with production teams and store logistics partners

  • Escalate and collaborate to address issues regarding video item flow

  You own this if you have…

  • Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience

  • Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills

  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards

  • Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexible, and able to respond immediately to business changes and priorities.

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

  *** This is a flexible schedule and on-call, as needed position and not full-time. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work ***
