What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and work on escalated tickets from Support technicians and customers
- Write and modify Knowledgebase Articles for distribution
- Reproduce and report product defects to Product Development
- Troubleshoot and characterize reported application issues
- Provide live phone support for public safety customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in GIS or 2+ years of industry experience
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in GIS or related field
- Familiarity with ESRI ArcServer and ArkDesktop applications
