  Titan Security is currently recruiting for Full Time Security Guards to work at a high-profile, high-rise tourist hotspot, in Downtown Chicago. Ideal candidates will have open availability or have two shift availability. (including weekends and holidays). These are permanent, full-time/part-time (24-40 hours/week) openings.

  Responsibilities

  Unarmed Security Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all individuals encountered, including assisting with directions and answering general inquiries.

  • Ensure smooth access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as needed.

  • Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a welcoming environment.

  • Maintain accurate logs concerning individuals, property, and packages.

  • Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, and document them thoroughly for building and Titan Security management.

  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Required Qualifications of Security Officers:• Must be at least 18 years of age.• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state-accredited training requirements.• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which include standing and foot patrols(up to 5 mi per shift), walking up and down stairs, and perimeter patrols in inclement weather; responsibilities can include lifting 50+ lbs

  Pay and Benefits for Security Officers:• $20-$21/ hour
